Who I am.
Originally from Padua, I am a passionate young Italian cook who loves travelling and photography. Indeed “my cuisine” takes it inspiration from a series of different sources, which all contribute to making who I am in the kitchen.
First of all, my greatest source of inspiration is my grandmother and her “cucina tradizionale”. I love cooking all the Italian greatest “hits”, from classic pasta recipes to regional entrées and famous Italian desserts. I especially like baking bread and pasta, tortellini, spaghetti, fettucine, focaccia and so on, following her secrets and suggestions.
Secondly, I love experimenting, exiting my comfort-zone to try new things. While travelling around the world with my family, I have had the chance to meet with new people, cultures and traditions. From a culinary point of view, I was also able to encounter novelty: new ingredients, new flavours, new tastes, new recipes which challenged my knowledge and stimulated my creativity.
In a way, everything I cook reminds me of a certain time or place. This is what the website is about.
Enjoy my journey through photographs and food.
